Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled People Development and Operations Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of people strategies, programs, and solutions to improve efficiency and performance.

This role requires a strong partner who can work closely with field and hospital leaders to develop and execute people plans and set goals around people results. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner at all levels.

The People Development and Operations Strategist will provide support, coaching, and guidance to Associates and Leaders on a wide range of people matters, including talent management, learning and development, associate engagement, total rewards, and organizational design and development.

In addition, this role will involve building strong partnerships and collaboration with the Associate Relations & Support office team to provide a holistic people support model. The successful candidate will represent the voice of the field teams in specific forums to champion a positive Associate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute people plans and set goals around people results.
  • Provide support, coaching, and guidance to Associates and Leaders on people matters.
  • Build strong partnerships and collaboration with the Associate Relations & Support office team.
  • Represent the voice of the field teams in specific forums to champion a positive Associate experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a people development and operations role, ideally within a large, multi-site organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage change, drive strategy, and impact organizational culture.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000-$130,000 based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
