Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and Learning Manager to join our LATAM HR Team in Brazil, supporting regional talent efforts across Latin America.

This is a senior individual contributor role with a strategic and operational impact:

  • 65% – Talent Acquisition

Responsible for owning and managing full-cycle recruitment processes for regional teams located in Brazil. Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies. Driving employer branding and candidate experience initiatives. Coordinating regional TA efforts aligned with our corporate talent strategy.

  • 35% – Learning & Talent Management

Designing and deploying learning and development strategies across subsidiaries. Facilitating best practice sharing in talent development. Creating learning content and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Supporting key talent management initiatives for the region.
