Role Overview

This strategic leadership role oversees the entire LATAM operation, driving operational excellence and cultivating high-performing cultures. A proven track record in managing and scaling IT/Tech teams is required, with experience in workforce planning, employee engagement, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • People & Resource Management:
    • Ensure productivity and quality of local resources.
    • Track and manage the hiring pipeline to ensure timely recruitment and smooth onboarding.
    • Monitor attrition rates and implement proactive retention strategies.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers working with our resources.
    • Act as the primary liaison for client needs and service excellence.
  • Operational Leadership & Strategic Growth:
    • Lead daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with corporate policies.
    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams for smooth cross-functional workflows.
    • Monitor performance metrics and provide updates to regional/global leadership.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8–12 years in senior leadership or country management, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • People Management: Proven success in team leadership, workforce planning, and retention improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong track record in building trusted client and partner relationships.
  • Strategic & Operational Skills: Ability to turn business objectives into actionable operational plans.
  • Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is must; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, business management tools, and performance reporting platforms.
