A highly skilled leader is needed to drive our operations in the LATAM region. This key role involves overseeing local resources, workforce planning, employee engagement, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:- People & Resource Management:
- Ensure productivity and quality of local resources.
- Track and manage the hiring pipeline for smooth onboarding.
- Monitor attrition rates and implement retention strategies.
- Drive employee satisfaction through engagement programs and career development.
- Stakeholder & Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers working with our resources.
- Act as primary liaison for client needs and service excellence.
- Represent the company at local events and customer meetings.
- Operational Leadership & Strategic Growth:
- Lead daily operations for efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams for cross-functional workflows.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide updates to regional/global leadership.
- Adapt and execute market-specific strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Financial & Market Insight Contribution:
- Support budget planning and resource allocation.
- Provide market intelligence for strategic decisions.
- 8–12 years of senior leadership or country management experience.
- Proven success in team leadership, workforce planning, and retention improvement.
- Strong track record in building trusted client and partner relationships.
- Ability to turn business objectives into actionable operational plans.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, business management tools, and performance reporting platforms.
