We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our expansion in Eastern Europe, South America and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust tire sales strategy aligned with global business objectives and local market trends.
- Set and monitor country-wise and product-wise sales targets across various tire segments.
- Drive the growth of premium, mid-range, and economy tire product lines to achieve maximum market coverage.
- Initiate sales initiatives to boost sell-in and sell-out volumes, reduce aging inventory, and enhance channel profitability.
- Expand the dealer and distributor network across key markets.
- Establish long-term partnerships with national distributors, large dealers, and regional wholesalers.
Market Development:
- Identify and penetrate high-growth segments such as large fleets, mining operations, agriculture, government transportation tenders, and OEMs.
- Expand the dealer and distributor network across key markets including Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful sales strategies.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
