We’re looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager to join our team in a hybrid model in Campinas, Brazil, leading digital transformation and S/4HANA upgrade projects in a dynamic global environment.
This strategic role will lead the cutover and migration of SAP S/4HANA (version 2022 → 2023 FPS 3), managing internal SAP teams and collaborating directly with SAP’s official support team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrade projects, from planning to Hyper Care;
- Manage schedules, scope, risks, budgets, and stakeholders;
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure alignment with SAP best practices;
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and executive meetings;
- Ensure effective communication with both global and local stakeholders;
- Support change management activities during the migration process;
- Guarantee compliance with corporate standards and governance policies;
- Coordinate withexternal partners and SAP service providers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Proven experience as a SAP Project Manager leading upgrade or migration projects (ECC → S/4HANA);
- Solid understanding of the SAP Activate methodology and project management best practices;
- Fluent English (mandatory);
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Previous experience in multinational corporate environments is a plus.
