About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Media Manager to lead media negotiations and strategy for offline, online channels and events management. You will be responsible for the end-to-end media and events process - from negotiation and planning to execution and post-campaign analysis - ensuring maximum ROI and brand impact for our food delivery technology platform. Job Responsibilities: - Lead negotiations with media partners and agencies across digital and traditional channels, securing optimal terms and value for the brand. - Develop and execute integrated media strategies, balancing online (social, display, programmatic, influencers, etc.), offline (TV, radio, OOH, print) and events investments. - Using data analytics, determine the best media outlet mix and optimize our campaigns accordingly. If necessary, build models to understand and improve performance. - Oversee media planning, buying, and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and campaign goals. - Monitor media performance, analyze campaign results, and present actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams (social strategy, brand, business intelligence) and external partners to optimize media mix and drive business growth. - Manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control throughout negotiation and execution phases. - Stay updated on media trends, emerging platforms, and industry benchmarks to inform strategy and innovation. Job Requirements: - Advanced English proficiency for interaction with global teams. - Strong negotiation skills, especially in media plan negotiations and vendor management. - Solid experience in media planning, buying, and performance analysis. - Proven track record in negotiating with media vendors and agencies. - Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate results into strategic recommendations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in technology, e-commerce, or food delivery industries is a plus.
