About the Role

We’re looking for a Human Resources Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a great employee experience.

You’ll support key HR processes from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and training helping us build a motivated and connected team.

Main Responsibilities

- Support the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Support internal communication and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.

Requirements

- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused mindset.
- Intermediate level of English (B1–B2).
