Job Overview

In this role, you will support the Partner School Academic Program Coordinator with day-to-day academic and operational tasks across our partner schools. You'll handle scheduling, communications, documentation, data tracking, and logistics so that programs are implemented smoothly and aligned with WorldEd's academic standards. As part of the Academic team, you'll help maintain strong partnerships with schools, teachers, students, and families, contributing to high-quality program delivery and learner success.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and school visits; prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for partner interactions.
- Assist with the onboarding of new students and programs, ensuring required forms, access, and orientation steps are completed.
- Maintain accurate records of school performance, teacher training, and student progress.
- Draft and send routine communications to partner schools; escalate issues promptly to the Coordinator.
- Support the integration of WorldEd curriculum/resources at partner schools, including basic troubleshooting.
- Assist with logistics for teacher professional development (webinars, workshops), including invites and attendance tracking.
- Organize and facilitate online and in-person training sessions for educators and staff.
- Monitor routine academic indicators (attendance, assignment completion, grade pulls) and prepare summary reports.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Brazil on a regular basis and work occasional evenings/weekends for school events.

Qualifications

- 3+ years in K-12 and 1+ years in school coordination, school operations, customer success, or administrative support; education/EdTech experience preferred.
- Strong organization and project coordination skills; able to manage multiple priorities across schools.
- Ability to develop, deliver, and adapt academic training content.
- Clear written and verbal communication; fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
- Savvy with instructional technology and online learning platforms; quick to learn new systems.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded; able to flag risks early and follow through on actions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Education or related field).
