Our Client

Our client is a digital-first creative agency that blends technology and creativity to tackle the biggest challenges facing today's brands. Responsibilities

- Take designs created by your Creative leads and execute them across multiple break points, from production to Development handoff.

- Create pixel perfect templates in Sketch and Photoshop, with the ability to utilize Symbols in Sketch and Vector Smart Objects, Actions, Masking, and use Guides in Photoshop — for marketing assets across channels: banners, DMs, social, etc.

- Keep optimizing your workflow, and maintain your folders organized , files clean following the client convention.

- Be detail oriented and follow clients standard process for clean and efficient production work.

- Ensure that your work is aligned with the brand and its creative standards, showing consistency and best practices.

- Welcome feedback from clients and teammates. Keeping an open mind to different perspectives will only make the work better.

- Show proficiency in Sketch and Adobe suite - specifically Photoshop.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Production designer.

- Hands-on experience coding in HTML, with the ability to implement designs directly in production environments.

- A portfolio demonstrating creative work that is organized and detail oriented.

- A positive spirit and team player attitude, always looking to collaborate crossfunctionally.

- Mastery in Adobe Photoshop and Sketch.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Keynote.

- Professional digital design experience, bonus if it’s with a marketing agency.

- Knowledge of design accessibility guidelines.
