Senior Designer

Position Summary
We seek a highly skilled Studio Craft Designer to create innovative and impactful design solutions across digital and print media. This role requires advanced expertise in visual design and development and transforming creative concepts into compelling final products from ideation to execution. The ideal candidate is also highly production-savvy, possessing advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), expert in Figma, and a strong ability to deliver high-quality final files.

As a Senior Designer, you should have a strong portfolio to demonstrate your experience and expertise. Beyond creating exceptional designs and concepts, you will also mentor and guide designers on the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality craftsmanship.

Job Duties

• Conceptualize and create designs for a variety of campaign materials, including digital banners, social media content, print assets, event materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Formulate forward-thinking concepts and render designs for multimedia campaigns while always elevating our client's brand.
• Work closely with the senior creative, mentor designers within the team, and collaborate with the motion/development team to understand project needs, develop storyboards, and review creative materials that effectively fulfill the briefs.
• Responsible for ensuring brand consistency while offering a fresh approach to design, artwork, digital and print output.
• Ensure that the final product aligns with the needs of the creative and is delivered on time and within specifications.
• Efficiently utilize design software, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Present your work to senior creative leadership.
• Understand the restrictions and limitations of the designs deliverable process and manage client expectations (where appropriate) through providing education in relation to design limitation and/or restrictions
• Maintain an open and solution-focused demeanor when working with teammates, especially when dealing with short deadlines, changing direction, and roadblocks.
• Maintain organized files and workflows to facilitate collaboration in a remote work environment.
• Manage a workflow that can be easily accessed and implemented by other staff members
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments and new applications
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts/Graphic Design (or related field) or equivalent years of experience
• 5-8 years of design experience and experience working in an agency and/or corporate environment preferred.
• Proven experience creating campaigns and extending the look and feel through various marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Firefly)
• Expert in Figma design and components
• Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, and computer skills
• A strong eye for design and an interest in seeking new inspiration and design styles, while demonstrating a clear understanding of design best practices—especially pertaining to typography and composition
• Understanding of video production and designing for storyboards
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction
• Ability to work independently or with a team to designs and solve problems
• Passion for being part of a team; strong ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment
• Knowledge of AI.
• Illustration skills and the ability to create custom graphics are strongly preferred.
