About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about turning ideas into beautiful, intuitive digital experiences. This role blends creativity, strategy, and empathy — guiding clients and teams from concept to delivery.

You'll lead workshops, shape design systems, create prototypes, and ensure that every experience reflects exceptional craftsmanship. You'll also mentor junior designers, champion design best practices, and foster collaboration across disciplines to ensure we deliver digital products that users love and clients trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design activities including research, ideation, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping
  • Uncover user needs through interviews, testing, and synthesis of research insights
  • Design and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to align on product vision
  • Create and communicate compelling design narratives that translate complex ideas into elegant experiences
  • Deliver high-quality design artifacts — from low-fidelity wireframes to polished, interactive prototypes
  • Provide design direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior team members
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and QA to ensure seamless handoff and implementation
  • Contribute to internal design initiatives and knowledge-sharing across the craft community


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital product or UX/UI design
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI-enhanced design tools
  • Proven experience with user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops and translating business goals into design solutions
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills — able to clearly explain design decisions
  • Experience leading small design teams or projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
