As Head of Operations, you'll be responsible for boosting fullfillment performance and scaling team effectiveness across Portugal (mature market) and Brazil (fast-growing market). You'll lead teams, design scalable processes, and work closely with Product and Sales to ensure reliability and growth. Responsibilities: - Lead and scale operations teams in Portugal and Brazil, ensuring clarity, accountability, and performance. - Drive marketplace KPIs: fulfillment rates, cancellations, retention, and response times. - Build scalable processes and playbooks to support rapid growth. - Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align priorities and deliver results. - Use data and dashboards to spot bottlenecks and implement improvements. - Ensure compliance and operational excellence across both markets. Your Profile - Experience leading operations in startups, marketplaces, or high-growth companies (healthtech is a plus). - Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven decision-making. - Proven track record scaling teams and processes. - Hands-on, resilient, and comfortable in fast-paced environments. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to align cross-functional teams.
