Job Title :QA/Developer

Job Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid)Avenida Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek, 2235 04543-011 Sao Paulo

Duration: Long Term Contract

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented QA/Developer to join our team, contributing to both our main web application and our reporting platform. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our digital products while also supporting their ongoing development and enhancements.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute both automated and manual test cases for web applications and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Contribute to the development of new features and improvements across the web application and reporting tool.
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
- Perform regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Validate data accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and best practices.
- Maintain clear and updated documentation on QA processes, test cases, and development activities.

Requirements (Must-Have)

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in software development and quality assurance for web applications.
- + 5 years experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Python and Java.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and data/report validation.
- Solid understanding of web technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English level B2 or higher.

Nice to Have

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing (intermediate PL/SQL preferred).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish.
