Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales growth for industrial networking and industrial communication solutions in Brazil and broader Latin America
- Develop and manage key accounts, partners, and channel ecosystems across priority Brazilian and Latin American markets
- Identify and execute new business opportunities in power, energy, rail, and industrial automation sectors
- Lead solution-oriented sales engagements for complex, project-based customers
- Build long-term relationships with utilities, system integrators, EPCs, and large industrial customers
- Address market positioning and customer trust challenges commonly faced by Chinese industrial technology vendors
- Collaborate closely with global HQ, R&D, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and strong customer support
- Contribute to regional go-to-market strategy and long-term business expansion planning
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales leadership experience in industrial networking, power & energy, or industrial automation
- Strong hands-on sales experience in the Brazilian market, with solid understanding of local customers, partners, and channel structures
- Mandatory background in the power and energy industry
- Experience with solution-based or system-level sales models
- Ability to work independently in a remote-based role in Brazil, managing regional responsibilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and long-term relationship-building skills
