What you'll do
- Source and engage candidates across Brazil for projects in Portugal, with local and international clients;
- Bridge both markets by developing a deep understanding of the Brazilian and Portuguese IT landscapes, and arbitrate our international recruitment initiatives;
- Assess candidates' motivations, technical skills, and attitude before presenting them to the internal selection team;
- Propose, negotiate, and align salary and relocation expectations with IT consultants;
- Guide candidates through relocation — visas, timelines, expectations — alongside our immigration team;
- Keep Keywork, our ATS, accurate and up to date, and report on the pipeline;
- Work daily with colleagues in Lisbon, Porto, Brazil, Tunisia, and Morocco. What you need to have
- College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar;
- 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, hiring IT profiles;
- Ability to assess technical profiles — enough familiarity with IT roles and stacks to hold a credible conversation with a developer;
- Comfort proposing and negotiating salary packages directly with candidates;
- Familiarity with Recruiter and Boolean search;
- Interest in international hiring, relocation management and cross-cultural environments;
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (C1+ is mandatory);
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely across time zones;
- Based in Brazil, with a genuine interest in building a career in international recruitment and an ability to travel. What we expect from you
