About the Role

We're looking for a Product Operations Analyst to join our Merchant Operation Strategy team, focusing on Stacked Orders Optimization.

In this role, you'll play a key part in developing and implementing strategies that enhance delivery efficiency, improve merchant experience, and strengthen overall operational performance.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve the delivery efficiency of stacked orders;

- Evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and make data-driven adjustments;

- Continuously monitor performance and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for product improvements within stacked orders;

- Evaluate user feedback, conduct research, and integrate insights to enhance the experience of customers, merchants, and riders;

- Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial, and Customer Support teams;

- Work directly with merchants and riders to understand their challenges and needs;

- Develop Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) to translate operational needs and market opportunities;

- Ensure market requirements are comprehensive and aligned with business goals;

- Support the creation and maintenance of documentation, training materials, and product guides to ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption.

What We're Looking For:

- Availability to work on-site in São Paulo;

- Fluency in English;

- Proven experience in Product Operations or related fields;

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as SQL;

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally;

- Previous experience in the food & beverage or delivery industry is a plus;

- Experience in project management and familiarity with PMO processes;

- Ability to create and manage detailed Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) with stakeholders.
