We're looking for a proactive professional to drive digital strategy, e-commerce growth, and an exceptional omnichannel customer experience.

This role is responsible for executing and optimizing digital and omnichannel strategies, ensuring business growth, operational excellence, and a seamless customer experience across all channels. You will act as a key liaison between Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, Customer Care, and external partners, while leading strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Digital & E-commerce Strategy

- Executes the digital strategy for Brazil channels (Paid Search, PLA, Affiliations, Retargeting, Cart Recovery) to achieve ROI/ROAS targets.
- Oversees the end-to-end management and performance of the e-commerce site, driving growth through website optimization, UX improvements, and conversion analysis.
- Proposes and develops regional and local digital initiatives and campaigns.
- Collaborates closely with Marketing, Retail, and Merchandising teams to provide insights, recommendations, and support for dedicated digital activities and new site features.
- Manages external vendors and monitors online competition, including marketing, pricing, merchandising, and brand protection.

Omnichannel Experience

- Leads key omnichannel initiatives, coordinating budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
- Develops integrated omnichannel experiences that enhance the customer journey and drive cross-channel growth.
- Delivers iPad sales training to stores and shares best practices across teams and channels.
- Oversee the process of incoming and outgoing products at the stores.
- Leverages data and analytics to identify opportunities and implement actions that improve omnichannel performance.

Customer Service Care

- Coordinates customer care activities for Ferragamo.Com Brazil, ensuring effective resolution of claims and issues with external partners and internal Head Office teams.
- Ensures timely follow-up, feedback, and final resolution for customers and partners.
- Reports performance and proposes process and service improvements to top management.

Merchandising, Logistics & Operations

- Manages master data consolidation and product registration in local system and e-business, including seasonal collections and licensed products.
- Oversees fragrance orders, collection replenishment between stores, and inventory management for outlets and warehouses.
- Coordinates end-of-season stock transfers between stores, outlets, and warehouses.
- Manages Privalia product catalog setup and pricing.
- Prepares merchandising performance reports (sell-thru, MOS, sales by category, full price vs. off-price) for all channels.
- Coordinates pricing updates, packaging inventory control, and orders from warehouse and Italy.
- Supports commercial and retail initiatives such as trunk shows through product selection and store transfers.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

- Leads and supports strategic projects, including local system master data registration and import invoice automation.
- Drives process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across operations.
