Develop and execute marketing strategies for the local market to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Provide targeted market analysis and recommendations based on market trends and competitive intelligence.

3. 发展和维护与地区大客户的积极关系,确保业务合作的顺利进行。

Develop and maintain positive relationships with major clients in the local market to ensure smooth business collaboration.

4. 运用经营者思维,负责区域大客户业务的整体拓展和运营管理。

Apply entrepreneurial thinking to oversee overall business expansion and operational management of key accounts in the Indian region.

5. 协调跨部门合作,确保营销活动与销售目标的协同推进。

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.

6. 大客户维护,负责维护和拓展当地大客户关系。

Key account maintenance, responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with major clients in the country.

7. 愿意派驻至海外工作,负责当地团队的管理和协调。

Willingness to be stationed in country, responsible for local team management and coordination.

8. 其他海外业务相关事项的处理。

Other overseas business-related matters handling.

[任职资格] Job Requirements:

1. 具备卓越的营销背景,拥有成功推动品牌和销售增长的经验。 Excellent marketing

background with a proven track record of successfully driving brand and sales growth.

2. 具备经营者思维,能够制定战略并有效地执行,实现业务目标。 Entrepreneurial

mindset with the ability to formulate strategies and execute effectively to achieve business

objectives.

3. 高情商和卓越的沟通能力,能够建立积极的工作关系和团队协作。

High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills to establish positive working relationships

and foster teamwork.

4. 具备当地市场的深刻了解,熟悉当地文化和商业环境。

In-depth understanding of the local market, familiarity with local culture, and business environment.

5. 英语熟练沟通,本科以上学历,相关专业背景优先考虑。

Fluent English, Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for a relevant major
