Key Account Manager

Our ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with excellent customer service skills, able to manage and develop key client relationships. This role involves identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategies to drive growth and retention.

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations whenever possible.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
