Location: Remote | Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with specialized expertise in architecting and building custom integrations between CRM, ERP, and E-Commerce systems, as well as full-stack expertise using modern JavaScript technologies. You’ll play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing data schemas and systems integrations that drive significant business value across our company’s multiple brands. The role specifically requires expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, both on-prem and cloud, as well as expertise with more modern and e-commerce related stacks, specifically including HubSpot and Shopify. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications, including CRM micro-applications and their integrations with other business systems.
- Integrate and optimize solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 tools, including CRM, ERP, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee code quality and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
- Deploy and manage applications on relevant cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to CRM, e-commerce, and enterprise integrations.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Senior Developer with expertise in CRM development and business integrations.
- Extensive knowledge of the Shopify platform, including custom Shopify development (APIs, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Shopify Apps).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 on-prem and cloud, particularly with on-prem to cloud migrations as well as services like CRM and Power Automate.
- Extensive knowledge of the HubSpot platform, including custom usage of HubSpot APIs.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python) and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English for both verbal and written communication.
- Experience with various databases and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
