Position: Salesforce Developer – Revenue Technology

Location: LATAM (Remote) Need to support PST timings

Duration: 6+ Months

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams to understand business goals and design effective Salesforce solutions.
- Design, develop, and customize Service Cloud features including case management, service console, knowledge base, and omni-channel routing.
- Implement and enhance Customer Community (Experience Cloud) portals to improve self-service capabilities, user engagement, and customer experience.
- Partner with developers and project managers on the Business Systems team to deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Build and enhance revenue attribution, pipeline automation, and approval workflows.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with strong unit test coverage.
- Develop scalable tooling frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality releases.
- Manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment while delivering impactful solutions.
- Contribute to the long-term strategic roadmap for Salesforce architecture and implementation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS/CIS, or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Customer Community (Experience Cloud) implementations.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, SOAP/REST web services, and SOQL.
- Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Copado, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and enterprise integration frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-priority environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Community Cloud Consultant (strong plus).
- Experience with JavaScript UI frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, Salesforce LWS).
- Prior experience with integration tools like SnapLogic or Boomi.
- SQL proficiency.
