TikTok Media Buyer
to drive exceptional paid advertising results for our portfolio of enterprise and celebrity brands. Commerce Social is a
Gold Star
TikTok Shop Partner led by a former TikTok employee and a seasoned agency owner. You'll manage high-budget campaigns and deliver record-breaking performance for our brand partners.
What You'll Do:
Manage and optimize TikTok ad campaigns with $50K+ monthly budgets, driving maximum ROAS for D2C brands across feed ads, spark ads, live shopping ads, and product shopping ads.
Run continuous A/B tests on creative, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve performance and scale profitably.
Analyze campaign data daily to identify opportunities and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and provide data-driven feedback on what's working.
Adjust budgets, bids, and targeting in real-time to maximize performance while minimizing wasted spend.
Partner with Account Managers to align paid media with organic and affiliate strategies for cohesive brand growth.
Stay ahead of TikTok's platform updates, beta features, and advertising best practices to maintain competitive advantages.
What You Need:
2-4 years in paid social media buying with hands-on TikTok Ads Manager experience
Proven track record managing $100K+ monthly ad budgets for e-commerce brands
Strong grasp of performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, CTR
Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
Excellent communication skills for presenting performance and strategy to clients
Creative eye for identifying winning ad concepts
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple high-budget accounts
Passion for performance marketing and TikTok trends

Your First 90 Days
30 Days:
Get onboarded on our systems, audit existing campaigns, meet brand partners, and identify quick-win optimizations.
60 Days:
Take full ownership of client accounts, implement strategic improvements, launch testing initiatives, and show measurable performance gains.
90 Days:
Achieve or exceed ROAS targets, scale profitable campaigns confidently, and present detailed performance analyses with growth strategies.
