About the Role

We’re looking for a talented ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team and play a key role in helping clients transform their business operations.

You’ll lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects, primarily focused on administrative, financial, and accounting modules, ensuring every solution aligns with best practices and delivers measurable value. This is a dynamic role for someone who loves technology, problem-solving, and building trusted relationships with clients.

What You’ll Do

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for administrative modules (Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Purchasing, Controllership, and/or Inventory).

- Conduct business process analysis and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and accuracy.

- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through best practices in administrative and accounting management.

- Deliver engaging training sessions and ensure end-users feel confident and empowered.

- Create clear, concise functional documentation and user guides.

- Oversee go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term success.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Development, Support, and PMO, to deliver seamless project execution.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting, with a focus on administrative modules.

- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, inventory, purchasing, and tax processes.

- Advanced Spanish or English proficiency (comfortable leading meetings and trainings).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- A proactive attitude, capable of working independently and collaboratively.

- Willingness to travel when required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with leading ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, or TOTVS.

- Prior experience in the graphic or packaging industry is a plus.
