**Objective**
As an ERP Healthcare Implementations Consultant, you will be responsible for overall support in all functional matters related to the system architecture.

**Main responsibilities**
As an Implementations Consultant, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:

- Create a data migration plan
- Participate in business process discovery efforts by engaging with business user and understand their immediate needs, identify gaps against our current systems, conceive and propose solution, develop high level and detailed level process flow.
- Configure NetSuite following SuiteSuccess methodology, propose workaround for gaps, write functional specifications to convert business
requirement in features to be developed or configured by the development team, always making sure alignment to end-to-end solution
- Prepare use cases and test scripts, conduct quality assurance, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing and work with business users to coordinate final testing and deployment.
- Document best practices, prepare training documents and train people.

**Technical Requirements**
- Healthcare Business Accumen
- ERP implementation experience
- System integration understanding
- Experience or awareness of Dell Boomi, Celigo or MuleSoft
- NetSuite Certification and SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 are a
plus

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with ERP
- Implementation methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- IT/Business consultant background
- Language skill: English, Full professional
proficiency
- Multi-Cultural experience with 3rd Party
logistics partners.

**Objetivo**

**Principais responsabilidades / funções**
Como Consultor de Implementações, você realizará as seguintes atividades e responsabilidades:

- Elaborar plano de migração de dados
- Participar dos esforços de descoberta de processos de negócios envolvendo usuários de negócios e entender suas necessidades imediatas, identificar lacunas em relação aos nossos sistemas atuais, conceber e propor soluções, desenvolver fluxo de processo de alto nível e detalhado.
- Configurar o NetSuite seguindo a metodologia SuiteSuccess, propor soluções alternativas para lacunas, escrever especificações funcionais para converter requisitos de negócios em recursos a serem desenvolvidos ou configurados pela equipe de desenvolvimento, sempre garantindo alinhamento com a solução de ponta a ponta.
