**Discover your new role**

As a Business Transformation Consultant, the main attributions are to focus on the documentation: from the consolidation of the meeting notes to the process flows drawing and preparation of the Blueprint document, under the guidance of the BT Lead.

**Your Day-to-Day**

The Business Transformation Consultant must be able to translate customer problems into problem solving inputs and work together with NetSuite/BT experts on the solutions definition. Those, solutions should be transformed or documented as “To be processes” or SOP in case are needed. Finally, needs to be able to track actions from specific projects and ensure them to happen or help on the countermeasure definitions together with the BT Lead.

**Main responsibilities**

As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:

- Create agenda and schedule sessions for Co-Design event, processes assessments or change management workshops
- Lead mapping interviews and ask the required questions to the customers or processes leaders
- Conduct Lesson Learned meetings
- Undertake strategy - assessment tasks (data gathering, structured data analysis)
- Lead Mapping and Co-Design sessions
- Ensure adherence to the deliverable methodology
- Design “As is - process mapping” and “To be
- process mapping”
- Define the project charter or scope of the BT projects
- Validate and present Process Maps, Blueprint and other deliverables from the BT Consultants if is needed Execute Knowledge Transfer between other areas (e.g., NS Implementation) Lead deliverables presentations and supervise/send report outs to customers Participate on Internal projects

**Technical Requirements**

Deep Healthcare process understanding (Staff administration, patient journey processes, hospital transformation, EMR system knowledge)
- Strong Excel knowledge
- ERP fundamentals
- LSS Green belt certified
- Agile methodology knowledge
- Design Thinking concepts
- Change Management fundamentals

**Resourcesful**
- 5 to 8 years of experiences in Business processes
- Language skill: English, Full professional proficiency is a plus
- Multi-Cultural experience with 3rd Party-logistics partners

**Desired skills**:

- PMI certified/Program Management is a plus
- FDA knowledge
- Hospital QMS certifications
