Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a **Transformation Consultant** to join our ever evolving **Business Operations Solution Consulting** team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

**What you'll own as the Transformation Consultant**:
Lead on solution design work to support Latin America change initiatives, providing local presence and knowledge to develop stronger working relationships with the local LOB/Product/Commercial/Change teams, and facilitate more effective solutioning in-region.

Liaison with the board

Review the entire product lifecycle and see if any new processes need to be developed or created.

Design processes.

Leverage AI.

**What you'll bring**:
Experience with Solution design, Process Improvement, Process Design, Operational Process

Forward thinking

Six Sigma

Must have knowledge of the payments industry

Fluent English mandatory
