Como
Consultor SAP CAR Sênior , você será responsável por liderar a transformação digital no SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) para o SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
Responsabilidades:
Conduzir workshops funcionais
com stakeholders para entender as necessidades dos clientes.
Redesenhar e implementar o SAP CAR
no ambiente S/4HANA Cloud, garantindo que os dados de atividades de clientes sejam eficazmente gerenciados e acessados.
Garantir a integração do módulo SAP CAR
com outros módulos SAP, como SD, MM, EWM.
Documentar processos , redigir especificações funcionais e colaborar com as equipes técnicas.
Apoiar nas fases de
testes, migração de dados
e
preparação para o go-live .
Ser referência funcional SAP CAR
durante todo o ciclo de vida do projeto.
Perfil ideal:
4+ anos de experiência
como consultor SAP CAR.
Experiência em projetos
de implementação ou migração para SAP S/4HANA.
Conhecimentos avançados em
configuração de processos SAP CAR .
Experiência integrando o módulo SAP CAR
com outros módulos SAP como SD, CRM, FI, entre outros.
Experiência no setor de varejo ou CRM , com foco em otimização da experiência do cliente.
Localização:
São Paulo (Região do Morumbi).
