Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at BairesDev

We are seeking an experienced HRBP to work as a liaison between our People Experience team (PeopleX) and internal areas to guarantee all objectives are met and the most value is added. You/'ll be responsible for strategic HR partnership, ensuring alignment between business needs and talent management while providing expert guidance on HR policies and programs.

Responsibilities

- Partner with business-area leaders to align on the best strategies to address business needs and ensure compliance with internal talent management cycles.
- Guide internal areas on resources and policy application/interpretation when needed.
- Provide input, support, and collaborate with key HR Departments to test, launch, and review programs and initiatives.
- Analyze business needs, trends, and metrics in partnership with key HR Departments to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Problem solving and process interpretation.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience working as an HR generalist.
- HRBP knowledge of stakeholder management, leadership coaching, conflict management, performance management, talent development, employee/labor relations, and compensation.
- Experience working with C-Level Executives or Top Management.
- Bachelor/'s degree.
- Advanced English level.
- Experience in the tech industry.
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- Portuguese and Spanish language skills.
