Know more:Keeta website What You'll Do: - Responsible for product operations related to merchant self-marketing metrics. - Understand industry-standard product solutions, gain insights into merchant needs, and drive the development of merchant marketing tools along with continuous product feature optimization. - Establish daily operation mechanisms to continuously improve the usage and effectiveness of related products. What We Need From You: - Have product operation experience. Familiar with the standard internal processes from product development, product operation, to product iteration. - Familiar with the merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms. Priority given to those with experience in the food delivery industry. Priority given to those familiar with merchant metric operations. - Possess in-depth knowledge of the daily operations of Brazilian food delivery merchants, or be able to collaborate with various internal teams to identify merchants' operational needs and pain points. - Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills. - Can use English as working languages.
