Position Description

We are looking for a Junior Research Analyst to join our Research team. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and highly motivated, and will support company- and sector-level analysis, as well as the preparation of financial reports and market studies.

Main Responsibilities

· Support the preparation of financial reports on companies and monitor relevant economic and financial indicators.

· Prepare summaries and analyses on market trends, economic projections, and corporate earnings forecasts.

· Monitor and analyze economic events, public policy changes, macroeconomic data, and other factors that may impact financial markets.

· Track financial asset movements.

· Assist in building and maintaining financial models for company valuation.

· Support senior analysts in data collection, organization, and analysis.

· Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and research materials.

· Collaborate in the development of materials for investor and market communications.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.

· Solid understanding of core financial concepts, including financial statement analysis, valuation, and financial instruments.

· Familiarity with reading and interpreting financial statements and corporate reports.

· Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

· Advanced Excel skills.

· Clear, precise, and objective writing skills.

· Strong communication skills to present and discuss analyses.

· Strong interest in financial markets, economic trends, and global events.

· Advanced to fluent English.

Differentials

· Certifications such as CPA-20.

· Previous experience in the financial market (internships or entry-level roles).

· Familiarity with platforms such as Bloomberg or Reuters.
