Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para o papel de Software Architect Specialist que será responsável por apoiar a continuidade da construção do produto Sankhya RH, garantindo a evolução das plataformas Employee, Integration e Manager Center.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

- Liderar o desenho, evolução e governança da arquitetura de software, assegurando aderência a requisitos funcionais e não funcionais.
- Colaborar com times de desenvolvimento, QA, produto e infraestrutura para garantir soluções robustas, escaláveis e sustentáveis no longo prazo.
- Definir padrões, boas práticas, guidelines técnicos e direcionamentos arquiteturais.
- Criar e comunicar projetos arquitetônicos e decisões técnicas de alto impacto.
- Participar de discussões estratégicas, fóruns executivos e condução de iniciativas de melhoria contínua.
- Projetar integrações, APIs e arquiteturas orientadas a microservices.
- Conduzir revisões técnicas, troubleshooting, análise de performance e otimização de sistemas.
- Apoiar o time na adoção de práticas de DevOps, CI/CD e automação.
- Garantir boas práticas de segurança, compliance e proteção de dados.

Requisitos e qualificações:

- Linguagens: Java (avançado), Kotlin ou Python (intermediário).
- Cloud & DevOps: Experiência com arquitetura de soluções cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, automação de testes.
- Banco de Dados: SQL avançado, modelagem de dados e escolha adequada de tecnologias (RDBMS e NoSQL).
- Frameworks: Spring, React, Node.js.
- Arquitetura: Experiência com microsserviços, APIs RESTful, alta disponibilidade, resiliência, escalabilidade e arquitetura orientada a eventos.
- Metodologias: Scrum ou Kanban, princípios de engenharia de software como SOLID, MVC, Design Patterns.
- Segurança: Experiência com segurança da informação e troubleshooting.

Desejável:

- Familiaridade adicional com JavaScript, Ruby, C#, entre outras linguagens.
- Experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento de aplicações web de médio e grande porte.
- Vivência em arquiteturas cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
