Website: www.gojumpstart.com Role Description You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them from day one (Onboarding) until they secure their visa or Green Card. We are looking for more than just a customer service representative; we need a strategist who knows how to organize evidence, manage expectations, and ensure every petition is delivered with excellence and strictly on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Management: Lead the initial kickoff, welcoming clients and defining the next steps of their journey.
- Case Strategy: Analyze client profiles to design the best strategy for visa/immigration benefit applications.
- Evidence Management: Guide and follow up with clients regarding document submission, organizing all necessary inputs for the final petition assembly.
- Legal/Ops Liaison: Ensure a seamless process flow, translating client needs into technical documentation and coordinating with the legal team.
- Continuous Engagement: Conduct frequent video meetings for status updates and data collection. Qualifications
- Professional
Experience:
Proven experience as a Case Manager, Operations (Ops) Analyst, Customer Success, or in roles requiring complex process management.
- Process-Oriented: Experience managing the "middle ground" between sales and final delivery, ensuring no operational stage is overlooked.
- Advanced/Fluent English: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with international clients and institutions (Essential).
- Desirable: Prior knowledge of immigration or legal fields (this is a plus, but not mandatory if you have a solid background in Operations). The ideal profile
- Ironclad Organization: You will handle a high volume of simultaneous clients. The ability to prioritize and a strong sense of urgency are non-negotiable.

Ability to manage diverse client profiles worldwide, maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Proactivity: A "hands-on" profile who doesn't wait for things to happen but makes them happen. Location & Compensation This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
