Instructional Designer

Are you an experienced Instructional Designer with strong expertise in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond?

Role Overview

This role involves end-to-end instructional design and development of Virtual Instructor-Led (VILT), Instructor-Led (ILT), and Online Learning (OLT/eLearning) programs. You'll manage the full lifecycle — from defining learning objectives and outlining content to collaborating with SMEs and delivering high-quality courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver ILTs, VILTs, and OLTs.
- Create engaging, learner-centric materials using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond.
- Lead training design discussions and collaborate closely with clients.
- Ensure learning outcomes align with business goals and quality standards.
- Manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced, remote, global environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience designing and developing ILTs, VILTs, and OLTs.
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and align with US business hours.

Desired Experience

- Experience in large-scale global learning engagements.
- Background in scaling teams and managing multiple project phases.
- Minimum 3 years of ID experience.

Engagement Duration: 3 to 18 months (depending on project scope)

Hours: 40 per week
