With a focus on innovation, flexibility, and performance, they are expanding their footprint in Latin America, particularly Brazil – one of the most exciting regulated markets in the world.

The Role:

We're seeking a Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B iGaming sales and a deep network within the Brazilian operator ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have proven success driving new business, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value platform deals.

This is a high-impact position for a commercially driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a rapidly scaling international brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, engage, and convert new operator clients within Brazil and broader LatAm markets.
- Leverage existing relationships to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Account Management, Marketing) to ensure tailored solutions for each client.
- Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in Brazil.

Requirements:

- Proven B2B sales experience within the iGaming industry (Platform / Aggregator / PAM / Turnkey Solutions preferred).
- Strong network of operator contacts within the Brazilian iGaming market.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- Commercially minded, strategic, and target-driven with excellent negotiation skills.
- Self-starter comfortable working remotely or independently.
- Based in Brazil or willing to travel regularly across the region.
