Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – B2 B i Gaming Platform Provider (Brazil Focus) Location: Brazil (Remote – OR Open to frequent travel) Languages: Fluent Portuguese & English Industry: i Gaming / B2 B Platform Sales About the Company: Our client is a fast-growing B2 B i Gaming Platform Provider offering a cutting-edge suite of products and solutions to operators across emerging markets. With a focus on innovation, flexibility, and performance, they are expanding their footprint in Latin America , particularly Brazil – one of the most exciting regulated markets in the world. The Role: We’re seeking a Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2 B i Gaming sales and a deep network within the Brazilian operator ecosystem . The ideal candidate will have proven success driving new business, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value platform deals. This is a high-impact position for a commercially driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a rapidly scaling international brand. Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and convert new operator clients within Brazil and broader Lat Am markets. Leverage existing relationships to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth. Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Account Management, Marketing) to ensure tailored solutions for each client. Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in Brazil. Requirements: Proven B2 B sales experience within the i Gaming industry (Platform / Aggregator / PAM / Turnkey Solutions preferred). Strong network of operator contacts within the Brazilian i Gaming market. Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written). Commercially minded, strategic, and target-driven with excellent negotiation skills. Self-starter comfortable working remotely or independently. Based in Brazil or willing to travel regularly across the region.
