Job Description

This position will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of Human Resources strategy for Samsung Latin America, with focus on Culture, Learning & Development, Talent Management and DEI. The candidates must have proven experience on designing and facilitating training sessions, team building and other related activities. In addition, availability for constant travels among LATAM countries is required.

Key Job Responsabilities

- Support the design of HR Strategy for Latin America based on data internal/external data.
- Identify needs for training with key stakeholders, design learning strategies and facilitate training and other development activities.
- Support Samsung LATAM subsidiaries by working closely with local HR Teams.
- Execute Talent Management strategy by identifying and nurturing high-potential talents, ensuring a pipeline of skilled professionals for leadership roles in the region.
- Lead DEI initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, monitoring strategy and proposing actions.
- Travel across LATAM countries to collaborate with local teams and ensure successful HR strategy implementation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Proven experience in facilitating training, workshops, team buildings and other related activities.
- Deep Leadership Development methodology know-how.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and create action plans.
- Interpersonal communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with different teams.
- Proactive and solution-focused problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational and logical thinking to structure programs and processes.
- Ambition and desire for professional growth.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Spanish proficiency (desirable).
