Job Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive rider care strategies and annual plans aligned with the company's business objectives and riders' needs, continuously research industry trends and rider feedback, and constantly optimize care solutions;
- Design a rider welfare system, plan and organize various rider activities (such as holiday celebrations, award ceremonies, and team-building events) to enhance rider cohesion, and collaborate with external partners to provide riders with more value-added services;
- Conduct data analysis and evaluation: collect and analyze data related to rider care, assess the effectiveness of care measures, and adjust and improve care strategies based on data analysis results.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology or related fields.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, able to collaborate with different departments and levels.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, capable of making decisions based on data 3.Responsible and empathetic, with innovative thinking and pioneering spirit
- Advanced proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
