At the same time, individuals expect empathy, flexibility, and digital convenience. Moveo is leading the change by building AI agents purpose-built for debt collection: fully compliant, context-aware, and human-like. About the Role
We're looking for a Partner Manager with deep roots in the debt collection, credit, and payments ecosystem—someone who understands this space not just conceptually, but from hands-on experience in BPOs, debt management firms, banks, fintechs, or in-house credit & collection departments of large enterprises. This is a strategic and high-impact role focused on identifying, building, and scaling partnerships that fuel Moveo's expansion in the collections and credit space. You'll work side-by-side with our leadership team to bring on new partners, refine our go-to-market, and ensure successful execution as we grow across Brazil and Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close strategic partnerships with BPOs, debt servicers, credit recovery firms, and enterprise collection departments
- Leverage your industry knowledge and network to open doors and build trust
- Define partnership KPIs, objectives, and scalable go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partner success
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that align with company goals
- Represent Moveo in partner-facing meetings, roadshows, and industry events
- Track, analyze, and optimize partner performance and revenue impact
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in debt collection, credit recovery, or outstanding payments—whether through BPOs, banks, fintechs, or enterprise collections teams
- A strong network and first-hand understanding of the collections ecosystem in Brazil (and ideally Latin America)
- Proven success in partnerships, business development, or channel management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results
- Familiarity with conversational AI or digital CX solutions is a strong plus
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a bonus
