About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Expert Partnership Manager to join our team. As a strategic and high-impact role, you'll identify, build, and scale partnerships that drive our expansion in the debt recovery space. You'll work closely with our leadership team to bring on new partners, refine our go-to-market strategy, and ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and close strategic partnerships with BPOs, debt servicers, credit recovery firms, and enterprise collection departments
  • Leverage your industry knowledge and network to open doors and build trust
  • Define partnership KPIs, objectives, and scalable go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure partner success
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that align with company goals
  • Represent us in partner-facing meetings, roadshows, and industry events
  • Track, analyze, and optimize partner performance and revenue impact
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in debt collection, credit recovery, or outstanding payments
  • A strong network and first-hand understanding of the collections ecosystem in Brazil (and ideally Latin America)
  • Proven success in partnerships, business development, or channel management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results
  • Familiarity with conversational AI or digital CX solutions is a plus
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a bonus
