Buscamos um(a) Service Manager com perfil técnico e visão de negócio para atuar em um ambiente corporativo global, liderando operações críticas, projetos estratégicos e iniciativas de melhoria contínua.

Responsabilidades:

- Gerenciar aplicações corporativas globais (Procurement, Legal, Collaboration, SSO, SharePoint);
- Liderar times globais em diferentes países, conduzindo processos de hiring, performance e management;
- Atuar na gestão de crises (War Rooms, Severity 0-2) e no monitoramento de performance (KPIs, incidentes, melhorias);
- Conduzir planejamento estratégico e de demandas (workshops) com stakeholders internacionais;
- Gerenciar contratos, orçamento e conformidade SOX/Security & Compliance;
- Apoiar projetos especiais de integração e automação de Service Desk, aplicações e infraestrutura.

Requisitos:

- Inglês e Espanhol Avançados (ambos obrigatórios);
- Disponibilidade para Campinas-SP (presencial ou híbrido);
- Forte background técnico e conhecimento em ITIL e gestão de serviços globais;
- Experiência em operações internacionais, gestão de times e fornecedores;
- Perfil analítico, colaborativo e orientado a resultados.
