Position Summary
Vanzbon Group is looking for a Delivery & Operations Specialist to support client projects on the ground in Brazil.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on coordinating company setup, registrations, and basic compliance procedures, while acting as a key bridge between our local counterparts and regional/HQ teams.
The role is ideal for professionals with several years of practical experience in corporate services, accounting, tax, or legal/admin work in Brazil who are comfortable working in both Portuguese and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Support company incorporation and changes with the relevant Junta Comercial and other corporate registries.
- Coordinate with Receita Federal for CNPJ registration, updates, and basic federal tax-related procedures.
- Assist with documentation and processes for municipal and state licences (e.g. alvará de funcionamento, inscrição municipal/estadual) where required.
- Liaise with tax and administrative authorities (e.g. SEFAZ, city hall) to clarify requirements, timelines, and applicable fees.
- Prepare, organise, and submit application files; track deadlines and follow up on pending cases with authorities, notaries, and service providers.
- Maintain clear, structured digital records of applications, approvals, contracts, and correspondence.
- Join coordination calls with regional/HQ teams in English, providing status updates and explaining local procedures and constraints.
- Summarise regulatory or procedural findings into short internal notes or checklists for future use.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Around 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate administration, government liaison, professional services, accounting firms, or similar roles in Brazil.
- Familiarity with company registration, CNPJ/Receita Federal procedures, and municipal/state licensing is highly valued.
- Exposure to basic finance or tax topics (e.g. notas fiscais, ISS/ICMS/IRPJ/CSLL concepts) is an advantage.
- High working proficiency in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written) — able to join calls and write updates in English.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Legally eligible to work in Brazil.
Skills & Competencies
- Execution-focused and proactive; willing to contact authorities and service centres directly to clarify procedures when needed.
- Strong sense of ownership and reliability in managing tasks, deadlines, and expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple files in parallel while keeping documentation accurate and updated.
- Clear, concise written communication and confidence using online portals and office productivity tools.
- Professional attitude, discretion, and a service-minded approach when dealing with clients and internal teams.
