🚀 A Ródio Tech está em busca de um Basis Architect Lead (World Class) para liderar a arquitetura técnica, otimização e evolução de ambientes SAP S/4HANA e ECC em multinacionais de alta complexidade.

Esse profissional será responsável por projetar soluções críticas, liderar iniciativas de migração e upgrades, otimizar performance em ambientes de missão crítica, além de guiar tecnicamente nosso time de SAP Basis em projetos globais.

🔹 Responsabilidades

- Liderar migrações SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, PI/PO, FIORI, GRC) para ambientes cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Conduzir assessments técnicos e de performance (tuning, archiving, banco de dados).
- Atuar como referência técnica em projetos críticos, upgrades, war rooms e auditorias.
- Gerenciar equipe técnica Basis, apoiando também demandas de Managed Services (incidentes N3/N4, change requests, suporte on call).
- Instalar, configurar e administrar servidores SAP e bancos de dados relacionados.
- Administrar usuários, autorizações, clientes SAP e transportes (CTS/TMS).
- Garantir segurança, integridade e alta disponibilidade dos ambientes SAP.
- Executar backups, atualizações, cópias homogêneas e heterogêneas, upgrades e aplicação de support packages via SUM.
- Monitorar desempenho e implementar melhorias contínuas, com ferramentas de mercado (Solution Manager, Grafana, Dynatrace, etc.).
- Desenvolver e manter a arquitetura de sistemas SAP, garantindo escalabilidade e resiliência.
- Apoiar iniciativas de inovação envolvendo IA, SAP BTP e hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Promover aprendizado contínuo dentro do time, compartilhando conhecimentos e impulsionando certificações.

🔹 Requisitos

- +10 anos de experiência em SAP Basis em ambientes complexos.
- Certificações SAP obrigatórias:
- SAP OS/DB Migration
- SAP Technology Consultant Expert
- SAP HANA 2.0
- SAP Certified Application Professional
- SAP Solution Consultant (ex. BTP, Implementation Consultant, etc.)
- Experiência comprovada em:
- Migração e implementação SAP S/4HANA
- Otimização de ambientes críticos
- Gestão de crises e war rooms
- Ambientes multinacionais de grande porte
- Conhecimentos sólidos em Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, SUSE.
- Proficiência em Português, Inglês e Espanhol.
- Vivência em serviços gerenciados, auditorias e ambientes de alta disponibilidade.

🔹 Diferenciais

- Certificações adicionais: SAP BTP, Fiori, Web Dispatcher, HANA Runtime, Signavio, ALM, Enterprise Architect.
- Experiência em integração SAP com hyperscalers (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).
- Conhecimentos em ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Grafana, Dynatrace.
- Atuação prévia em projetos de transformação digital e uso de metodologias como ACTIVATE e Agile.
