Job Opportunity:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Architect to lead the technical evolution of our enterprise data platform.This role will combine strategic planning, hands-on development, team leadership, and partner engagement across our technical teams.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable data architectures using cloud-based servicesElevate data engineering skills across our team through mentorship, collaboration, and exemplificationDevelop and maintain data infrastructure with tools like Databricks, Spark, Airflow in an AWS environmentCollaborate closely with technical teams to transform complex data into actionable insightsEnsure high data quality standards by leveraging best practice approachesHelp architect storage layers, metastore/catalog solutions, and performance optimizationOversee cloud infrastructure in AWS using Terraform, with a deep understanding of services like S3, IAM, KMS, Glue, Athena, Redshift, SNS/SQS, MSK, and KinesisGuide the integration of master data management and governance solutions to track data health, lineage, and meaning across the enterpriseEstablish team coding standards and best practicesRfine development and operational processes to drive consistent, predictable qualityParticipate in on-call schedules to ensure availability of critical data servicesProvide technical leadership on DevOps, security, and deployment strategies for AI/ML modelsRequired Skills and Qualifications:8+ years of experience in data architecture, including senior/lead experienceExpertise in cloud-based data architectures, Delta/Parquet file formats, hive metastore solutions (Glue, Unity Catalog), and ETL processes (Airflow and Databricks)Strong Experience with Python and SQLStrong proficiency in data modeling (OLTP/OLAP)Strong experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure servicesFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform or CloudFormationDatabricks experienceStrong AWS experience.Certified AWS Solutions Architect or Data Engineer preferred.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar fields, or equivalent experienceEnglish fluency is a MUST for this role.Only candidates with level C1 or C2 will be considered.Languages:A1 BeginnerA2 ElementaryB1 IntermediateB2 Upper-IntermediateC1 AdvancedC2 Proficient
