LOCAL DE TRABALHO – CAMPO - CLIENTES / HOME-OFFICE
REPORTE: GERENTE DIVISIONAL DE VENDAS
Atividades:
Responsável por prospectar novos clientes e identificar oportunidades de negócio, vender, negociar, e acompanhar a distribuição dos produtos e pelo atendimento/relacionamento contínuo com os clientes do Canal Farma – Farmácias, Grande Redes Farmácias, Canais Alimentar e Distribuidores no estado de Minas Gerais, visando o atingimento/superação dos objetivos de vendas, respeitando a política comercial e mantendo o desenvolvimento e crescimento sustentável de sua rota.
Responsabilidades:
- Executar o planejamento e estratégia de vendas da empresa nos clientes (JBP).
- Elaborar propostas comerciais e realizar follow-up para fechamento de negócios;
- Acompanhamento de metas e indicadores;
- Acompanhar o mercado e a concorrência, identificando tendências e oportunidades;
- Realizar o treinamento e workshops para time de vendas de nossos clientes, apresentando as características e benefícios dos produtos;
- Participar de feiras e eventos do setor para divulgar os produtos da empresa;
- Acompanhar a cadeia de abastecimento do mercado, do início ao fim. Ter forte interação com time de promotores no campo;
- Fazer a gestão do sell in e sell out;
- Alcançar metas de vendas estabelecidas pela empresa
Requisitos:
- Bons conhecimentos da Distribuição do Canal Farma:
- Experiência na área Comercial como vendedor júnior;
- Ter experiência em time de distribuição;
- Formação superior em andamento ou concluída;
- Perfil analítico (que conheça IQVIA, preferencialmente), para preparação de planejamento de clientes (JBP ou joint business plans);
- Habilidade em Pacote Office, principalmente Excel;
- Habilidades de negociação e persuasão;
- Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
- Perfil positivo, "hands on", orientado a resultados, proativo, com muita iniciativa, que proponha alternativas e traga soluções
- Capacidade de estabelecer relacionamentos interpessoais;
- Disponibilidade para viagens e trabalho externo, 80% do tempo;
- Organização e planejamento de vendas;
- Profissionais que possuam CNH regular.
- Residir em Belo Horizonte ou região.
