Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team in the role of Strategic Account Executive. In this position, you will be responsible for representing our company and its solutions in your assigned territory, building and executing a territory plan to prioritize outreach and prospecting, and developing new pipeline through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH OUTREACH AND PROSPECTING.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including field engineers and customer success, to propose solutions that solve customers' business problems and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts within Salesforce to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably engineering or computer science.
  • Experience working with open source technology and solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A proven track record of achievement in sales targets and new account wins.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team, with self-discipline and motivation to meet goals and objectives.
Additional Skills
  • Specific vertical experience, particularly finance, telco, health, energy, public sector, and tech.
  • Experience speaking at conferences or industry events.
