
Trade Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager, who must be based in São Paulo, Brazil, for our client, a global leader in the entertainment industry, to drive execution of its Trade Marketing strategy. This role will strengthen brand presence in the Brazilian market, lead activations across retail and partner channels, and collaborate closely with both local and global teams. The position requires flexibility to travel across LATAM and occasionally to the United States.
What You’ll Do
- Execute the Trade Marketing Plan in alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
- Manage merchandising agencies to maximize product sell-through in Brazil.
- Partner with the Sales Manager to improve brand presence and campaign execution across retail.
- Develop account-specific activations and execution calendars with customers.
- Lead activation programs with partners to increase brand visibility.
- Visit points of sale regularly to ensure visibility, compliance, and brand standards.
- Manage multiple reseller and retail accounts, building relationships from working to senior levels.
- Create reports on pricing, inventory, and competitor activity.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust trade marketing strategies based on performance.
- Contribute to annual budget planning and departmental objectives.
- Support the development of sales collateral such as presentations, sales sheets, and promotional materials.
- Provide customer insights and market intelligence to guide broader business decisions.
What You’ll Bring
- A customer-first mindset with strong listening and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced communication skills; able to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong prioritization, project management, and follow-through.
- Demonstrated experience managing agencies, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- 2–7 years of relevant professional experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or a related discipline.
- Ability to travel regionally within LATAM and to the U.S. for business needs.
