Job Title: Graphic Designer (CPG Industry Focus)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support ongoing creative production across digital channels. This is an execution-heavy role focused on producing high-quality still images (80% graphic designs for social media and UXUI), motion graphics (10-20% of time), and video edits (10-20% of time) that align with established brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create still graphic assets for digital channels (social, web, ads, email)
- Design and animate motion graphics and GIFs from scratch
- Edit short-form and mid-length videos in line with brand guidelines
- Adapt and resize assets for multiple formats and platforms
- Maintain visual consistency across all deliverables
- Organize and manage design files for efficient collaboration
- Implement feedback efficiently while meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Figma or equivalent vector design tools
- Experience creating still images, motion graphics, and GIFs
- Solid video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency
- Ability to work independently with clear direction and guidelines
- Experience producing assets for digital and marketing use cases

Bonus (Nice to Have)

- Ability to create 3D renders (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar) - Packging Design
- Experience with After Effects for motion design
- Familiarity with social-first and performance-driven creatives

Role Details

- Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
- Location: Fully remote
- Schedule: Flexible, with some overlap with client working hours preferred
- Compensation: Based on experience and skill level

Portfolio Requirements

Candidates should share a portfolio demonstrating:

- Still graphic design
- Motion graphics / GIFs
- Video editing samples
- (3D work, if available, is a strong plus)
