**Who are we?**:**WA.Technology**, an award-winning B2B iGaming provider, delivers cutting-edge solutions, products, and services that empower operators with unique brands, advanced tools, and seamless integration of 8,000+ games from 80+ top-tier providers.Its bespoke and fully scalable creations - WA.Sports, WA.Casino, WA.Fantasy, and WA.Affiliates - are supported by state-of-the-art managed services.A leading name in Brazil with an established presence in Latam and Africa, and proven success across global markets, WA.Technology ensures rapid market entry and long-term success for its clients.We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our growing team.This role is ideal for a passionate designer with strong visual storytelling skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.**Long story short, you will**:you'll play a key role in developing engaging visual content across digital, print, branding, and marketing campaigns.Working closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, and commercial teams, you'll ensure our brand remains consistent, innovative, and impactful.**All the responsibilities we will trust you with**:- Contribute to brand development by creating and maintaining visual identities and brand guidelines.- Design graphics across multiple company verticals, including banners, branding assets, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.- Collaborate with the design team and stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative output in a timely and efficient manner.- Support general graphic design needs across departments, from banners to web design and campaign visuals.**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:- 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite**(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across different formats and channels.- Solid knowledge of design principles and awareness of current design trends.- Excellent communication skills, fluent in **Portuguese (BR)** and at least **B2 level English**.- Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across the business.- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of design.**Nice to Have**:- Familiarity with **Figma** or **Canva**.- Experience working in the **iGaming industry** or another fast-moving, digital-first environment.**Why Work With Us?**:- Opportunity to work with well-connected industry leaders.- A leadership approach that fosters innovation, creativity, and trust.- Opportunity to experience the buzz of highly driven and motivated work colleagues.- Experience a start-up feel in a fast-paced growth-driven environment.
