O que esperamos de você

- Experiência sólida em Node.js e TypeScript, com domínio das boas práticas de arquitetura e performance.
- Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência desenvolvendo e mantendo sistemas em produção.
- Domínio de PostgreSQL e Redis, com boa noção de modelagem de dados em larga escala.
- Vivência com arquiteturas monolíticas e/ou microservices, entendendo seus trade-offs e padrões de transição.
- Forte conhecimento em APIs RESTful, autenticação, autorização e segurança.
- Experiência com monitoramento e observabilidade (Sentry, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus ou similares).
- Capacidade analítica e autonomia para investigar e resolver problemas complexos.
- Mentalidade colaborativa, foco em impacto e senso de dono.

Diferenciais que chamam atenção

- Experiência com NestJS, Prisma, BullMQ, Render, AWS ou GCP.
- Conhecimento em React Native e/ou React.js.
- Familiaridade com Domain-Driven Design (DDD) e Monólitos Modulares.
- Experiência com sistemas distribuídos e mensageria (SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Passagem prévia por marketplaces, produtos B2B2C ou healthtechs.
